English Camp 2009

We are pleased to share with you the memorable experience of our two-day English camp. We went to Suen Douh Camp from the 28th – 29th September for an interactive English course. There were 37 student-participants and 4 teacher-participants. The aim of this English Camp was to allow students to practise English in a relaxing environment outside classroom. More to the point, we hope to help develop better understanding and establish friendship among our students in an English rich atmosphere. We had games like ‘Word stairs’, ‘Round the world’ and ‘Scavenger hunt’ were designed to enrich students’ vocabulary bank. Besides, games like ‘Sky high’ and ‘Pleating paper’ aimed to enhance students’ communication skills. The most popular activity was the talent show ‘Telling a Story’. The whole English camp was run very smoothly and happily without any incidents. On the contrary, there were a lot of surprises, positive and encouraging ones!
